Updated Golden Nugget Game of the Year Lines

I posted the Golden Nugget game of the year opening lines earlier this morning. Since that time I found an updated version at Betting Moves and there has been some significant line movement.  As a Pac 12 aficionado the opening line that really jumped out at me as a  was Colorado -1.5 vs Colorado State. That one has since been bet up to -5. Here are the updated lines and betting moves.  DATE TEAMS NEUTRAL LOCATION OPEN...

Nebraska Football 2015 – Better, worse or ab...

NEBRASKA OFFENSE I actually think the Nebraska offense will be better in 2015. Granted, all world Ameer Abudullah is gone as well as two starting OL, but Nebraska is returning a QB in Tommy Armstrong who will be in his third year of starting. There is a brand new OC, but at the same time he’ll be very familiar with people like Jordan Westerkamp, Jamal Turner and Demornay Pierson-El, who will be out in patterns. Plus, OC...

2015 ACC Preview: Atlantic Division

Patrick Donovan (@SportsBoss) has shared his 2015 ACC Preview: Atlantic Division with us. 2015 ACC Preview: Atlantic Division  In our first conference preview installment of the summer we are breaking down the ACC, starting with the Atlantic Division, the better of the two divisions having won the last four conference championships.  This portion of my preview will look at each team using an opening, good news, bad news...

Indiana Football 2015 – Better, worse or abo...

INDIANA OFFENSE Some parts of the offense will be better and others will be worse, so overall I think it will be the same. Of course, the Hoosiers lost 2,000-yard running back Tevin Coleman to the pros, so not having him will be a detriment to the offense. Coming in to replace Coleman is UAB transfer Jordan Howard, who had a strong season last year but will be hard-pressed to match the production that Coleman brought to the...

Baylor Football 2015 – Better, worse or abou...

BAYLOR OFFENSE Obviously losing Bryce Petty and Antwan Goodley is significant but the Bears return 8 starters and a ton of production from a team that led the nation with 48.2 points per game and 581 yards per game. Corey Coleman and KD Cannon headline the returnees as the only returning WR duo in college football that each had 1,000 yards receiving in 2014. Jay Lee will start the year as the third WR but the Bears have a...

Virginia Tech & Iowa State Football 2015 R...

VIRGINIA TECH OFFENSE I expect Michael Brewer to again be the QB in 2015, and all indications are that he could develop in his second year as a starter.   Brewer will be playing behind a huge offensive line, but they will be less experienced after losing three players who started all 13 games last year. The Hokies have a stable of six running backs.  But they have no idea what the depth chart looks like. Trey Edmunds and JC...

Air Force Football 2015 – Better, worse or about t...

Air Force Falcons – Spring Preview The Air Force Falcons are coming off the greatest turnaround in the school’s history. In 2014, the Falcons were entering the season coming off a disastrous 2-10 injury filled season. After the Falcons conquered the Western Michigan Broncos in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl, they stood at the end of the 2014 season with a record of 10-3 and having miles of confidence heading into the...
