Last week Chris Copeland’s two free picks went 2-0. This week Chris is providing The Saturday Edge audience with a complimentary college football pick from the SEC.
LSU -2.5 vs. South Carolina
I know, I know- LSU’s offense sucks. They can’t move the ball, they can’t throw it, can’t run it- this team is a shell of its self from 2011. Remember, teams are allowed to have bad games. Teams are allowed to struggle and turn around the next week and look great. Now, I’m not saying LSU is going to come out and score 50 points, but it’s insane the hate the Tigers have gotten over one road loss in a tough environment. South Carolina had a very impressive showing beating UGA at home, but I think if SC barely wins or doesn’t look as dominant as they did, this line is much higher than 2.5. We have a perfect storm here of one team being overinflated and the other, being under valued. No one walks into Death Valley at night and comes out a winner.
LSU- 23 South Carolina- 17
